• 1985 – Commenced Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning at age 19 with $500 with current business partner Kyle Doonan.

• 2024 -  celebrating Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning's 40th Anniversary

• Andrew led the growth of the company into the top 5 of Australia’s largest specialist air conditioning groups (by market segment) Ford & Doonan are the largest air conditioning company in WA (by market segment).

• Consisting of 12 stores, including 11 franchised stores in Perth and South West WA.

• Ford & Doonan have 70 direct staff (PAYE) and 75 indirect staff (Franchises).

• Owner of  XS Fitness, a Boutique gym and fitness centre in Victoria Park WA.

• Andy Ford ET (Entrepreneur trainer) Commenced in 2018 to assist other business owners and CEO’s with their business strategies, business plans and execution. I have a passion for helping others and assisting them to achieve what I have been fortunate enough to enjoy. “Business and mentors have been good to me, time I helped others”

• Andrew is the past President of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contactors Ass of WA (RACCA), and a founding member of Industry Registration Board (RACIRB).  He is currently chairman of the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Industry Association of WA

• Andrew has been a member of the Entrepreneur Organisation (EO) since 2010. Learning Chair Assist - 2016 and 2017, and currently a founding member of EO Perth Alumni Group.

• A past  member of the EO Quantum Leap Forum Group for large businesses in Australia and NZ

• Non-executive Director of Gen4 Investments. Commercial Property holdings, Developments and Investments, plus a director of 12 other investment entities.

• He is an Angel Investor in tech start-up companies.

• Past Director for Biogene LTD, before publicly listing in November 2017

• 2014 – Andrew was a judge for the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards
